Nursing your baby is one of the single-most things you can do to ensure good health for your newborn and has great health benefits for your postpartum recovery also.
One of my fondest memories of nursing my son was looking down at my baby and him smiling at me while nursing with milk dribbling out. He was utterly content, and I felt totally fulfilled at my ability to sustain him with my milk. Michelle G.
